Dear customers,

We would like to establish a fair and binding business relationship between you and us. The basis of an order and a contract shall therefore always be in accordance with the following general terms and conditions of NUMBERED+SIGNED GmbH, which shall be acknowledged and confirmed by you placing an order.

§ 1 Scope

The business relationship between NUMBERED+SIGNED GmbH, Berlin (“NUMBERED+SIGNED”), and the customer shall be governed exclusively by the following general terms and conditions. Dissenting conditions of the customer shall not apply unless NUMBERED+SIGNED has explicitly agreed to their applicability.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

Your order at NUMBERED+SIGNED shall represent an offer to enter into a sales contract. The order confirmation which you will receive immediately per e-mail shall not represent an acceptance of your offer. It shall only inform you that we have received your order. A sales contract shall only be entered into with the explicit acceptance of your offer per separate e-mail by NUMBERED+SIGNED. Unless stated otherwise in your order, NUMBERED+SIGNED shall also be entitled to accept your offer only with respect to single items of the order.

§ 3 Revocation right, returns

Instruction on revocation

Revocation right
You may revoke your order in text form (e.g. by letter, e-mail) or – in case the merchandise has been delivered prior to expiry of the revocation period – by returning the merchandise within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall commence upon receipt of this information in text form, but not before the receipt of the merchandise by the customer and not before the fulfilment of our mandatory information obligations pursuant to Sect. 246 EGBGB. To comply with the revocation period the timely dispatch of the revocation or the return shipment shall be sufficient. Revocations shall be sent to:

Rückerstraße 1
10119 Berlin

Consequences of revocation
In case of a valid revocation all mutually received performances and emoluments taken (e.g., accrued interest) shall be returned. If you are entirely or partially not able to return a received performance or if you are only able to return it in deteriorated condition, you have to compensate us for the loss of value. This does not apply with respect to the delivery of goods if the deterioration is caused solely by examining the merchandise as it would have been possible in a retail store. Incidentally, you can avoid an obligation to compensate us for the loss of value due to the regular usage of a merchandise by not using it as its owner and by refraining from doing anything that could affect its value. Merchandises that can be shipped by parcel shall be returned at our risk. You shall bear the costs of the return shipment if the merchandise delivered corresponds to the merchandise ordered and if the purchase price of the product to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euros or, in case the purchase price is higher, if you have not paid the purchase price or due parts thereof at the time of revocation. In all other cases, the return shipment shall be free of charge for you. Merchandise that cannot be shipped by parcel shall be picked up.

Any reimbursement obligations shall be fulfilled within 30 days. The payment period shall commence for you with the dispatch of the revocation or the return shipment, for us with its receipt.

End of instruction on revocation

§ 4 Delivery

The merchandise shall be delivered to the customer's address or to the delivery address provided by the customer once the purchase price has been paid. Any Information on delivery times shall not be binding, unless, as an exception, the delivery date has been confirmed as binding.

§ 5 Payment

The customer shall pay the purchase price upon receipt of an invoice, via Paypal or direct debit prior to delivery (prepayment).

§ 6 Set-off, retention

The customer shall have a right to set off, when a counterclaim is found to be legally binding or is recognized by NUMBERED+SIGNED. The customer shall only have the right to exercise a retention right if his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

§ 7 Liability

NUMBERED+SIGNED shall only be liable in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. A potential liability due to personal injuries shall remain unaffected.

§ 8 No concession of rights, exhibitions

With the purchase of an artistic work of art you only acquire the physical ownership of the work. No usage rights shall be included. Any reproduction, distribution, rental, public availability, or other analogue or digital utilization shall therefore be prohibited. The public exhibition of acquired artistic works of art requires the approval of the artist in every single case.

§ 9 Collection, processing, and usage of personal data

Data and information that we receive from you help us to customize your shopping experience at NUMBERED+SIGNED and to continuously improve our services. We use these information to process your order and to inform you – individually or via our newsletter – about new products.

§ 10 Applicable law

German law shall apply under exclusion of Uniform Law on the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
